Job Summary
Conduct planned and reactive maintenance across plant and equipment, performing fault finding, troubleshooting, and mechanical repair, fabrication, and installation work. Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and support continuous improvement and maintenance planning. Ensure all operations comply with H&S, hygiene, and quality standards while executing hands-on problem-solving in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This days-based role at a well-established food manufacturing site in Bandon offers consistent overtime and strong earning potential compared to shift work.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience in a maintenance / mechanical engineering role
- Strong mechanical background
- basic electrical fault-finding ability
- Experience in manufacturing
