Mechanical Estimator

Mechanical Estimator role within Loenbro’s Estimating group, focusing on assisting in the creation of proposal packages for client turnover on projects up to $25M. The role involves maintaining a daily project diary, tracking costs and quantities, compiling cycle times and historical data, gathering pay item quantities, and conducting timely billing to maximize profit margins and cash flow. Requires strong Excel skills, field/office versatility, the ability to work in a high-production environment, and collaborative teamwork. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management, experience in the construction industry, and a strong work ethic with excellent communication skills.
