Job Summary
Mechanical Engineering Technologist to contribute to the planning, design, and construction of water and wastewater infrastructure projects. responsibilities include preparing and detailing 3D models and engineering drawings for water and wastewater treatment plants (process equipment, piping layouts, booster stations, water reservoirs, lift stations), creating P&IDs and PFDs, generating material quantities and cost estimates, preparing presentation graphics and report figures, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary project team while adhering to EXP and client drawing standards. Requires a Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering Technology (or equivalent) with relevant experience in municipal/industrial water and wastewater infrastructure, and working knowledge of AutoCAD Plant 3D, Civil 3D, and Revit. Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering Technology (or equivalent)
- Relevant experience in the design and construction of municipal and/or industrial water and wastewater infrastructure with an emphasis on process design
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD Plant 3D, Civil 3D, Revit
- MS Word
- MS Excel
- Strong work ethic, communication skills, and attention to detail
