Job Summary
Mechanical Engineering Technologist to contribute to planning, design, and construction of water and wastewater infrastructure across Atlantic Canada. Responsibilities include preparing and detailing 3D models and engineering drawings for plants (process equipment, piping layouts, booster stations, reservoirs, lift stations), creating P&IDs and PFDs, generating material quantities and cost estimates, preparing presentation graphics and figures, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary project team while adhering to EXP drawing standards. The role offers flexible hybrid work with options in Halifax, NS or Fredericton, NB and opportunities to work on local, regional, national, and international projects.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering Technology (or equivalent)
- Relevant experience in the design and construction of municipal and/or industrial water and wastewater infrastructure with an emphasis on process design
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD Plant 3D, Civil 3D, Revit, MS Word, MS Excel
Desired Qualifications
