Mechanical Engineering Technician - OCU - Technical - 3x12 AM Shift

Execute engine, component, system, and controls testing to validate designs and support high-performing product development. Configure data acquisition systems, analyze test results, and develop analysis tools to generate actionable engineering insights. Design test plans, conduct testing, document findings, and deliver clear recommendations while diagnosing root causes of technical issues. Build, instrument, inspect, measure, and validate engines throughout the testing lifecycle. Lead continuous improvement initiatives, maintain quality procedures, and participate in audits to enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with engineers, suppliers, customers, and apprentices to solve problems and strengthen team capability. Adhere to safety standards, protect confidential information, and coordinate activities to ensure compliant, high-quality test operations.
