Job Summary
Plan and actively direct mechanical engineering activities. Oversee design of engines, instruments, controls, robots, machines, and related systems. May contribute to budgeting; resolve escalated issues across departments. Requires 3+ years of managerial experience, leadership of a team of 3-8 engineers, and 5+ years in design/engineering of industrial process equipment. Strong CAD (SolidWorks or similar), heat transfer calculations, and furnace sizing expertise preferred. Must work in the United States with occasional site travel.
Required Qualifications
- Engineering degree
- BS degree preferred/required
- 3+ years managerial experience
- 2+ years of leadership or mentoring experience
- 2+ years of CAD design with SolidWorks or similar
- 5+ years of design/engineering experience with industrial process equipment

- Must be able to work in the United States
