Job Summary
Design, build, and test prototype machine systems while analyzing performance to develop solutions for industrial-scale metal 3D printer systems. Work with senior engineering guidance to identify manufacturing issues and implement cost-effective, data-driven corrective actions. Support the engineering organization across various parts of technical development within a cross-collaborative environment. This paid co-op internship runs from August/September 2026 for three months at $24–$27/hour.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited Mechanical Engineering program
- Basic understanding of mechanical engineering principles
- Ability to work with multiple different teams in a cross-collaborative environment
Desired Qualifications
- Previous internship, co-op, or hands-on project experience
- Exposure to manufacturing processes
- Familiarity with CAD software
