Job Summary
Collaborate with mentors to understand business operations and contribute to large-scale projects while selecting 2-3 hands-on initiatives in mechanical, electrical, or quality engineering. Build professional relationships across departments and gain experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment through training programs and workshops. Work full-time, 40 hours per week, during a 12 to 16-week rotation from September to December 2026. Local candidates are preferred for this role at Johnson Electric's Vandalia, Ohio facility.
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing a degree in Engineering, Business, or related program
- Minimum GPA 3.0
- Must have at least 3 semesters (spring, summer, fall) remaining to qualify for the program
- Available for full-time work (40 hours per week) during each 12 to 16-week rotation
- Adaptable and eager to explore different functional areas
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with a passion for learning
