Job Summary
In Ampersand's Energy and Swap Systems squad, the Mechanical Engineering Intern will contribute to design of tools and fixtures, collect customer feedback on items developed, and build and test prototypes within a fast-growing East Africa electromobility environment. The role requires CAD modeling, the ability to read technical drawings, a solid grasp of design and analysis concepts, mechanical intuition, creativity in problem solving, fast learning, clear English communication, and hands-on prototyping and testing with customer feedback.
