Mechanical Engineer

Mechanical Engineer to join the MEP Engineering team. Responsibilities include performing engineering analysis, design, and system selection for building applications; ensuring design conformance with building codes and sustainability goals; mentoring junior team members; coordinating permit/regulatory submittals with local agencies; participating in feasibility, conceptual, and early planning through construction and post-occupancy; clearly communicating technical solutions to align with client goals, design, sustainability, schedule, and budget; leading the preparation of design documentation including BIM models, drawings, and specifications; collaborating with architecture, engineering, sustainability, construction, and other consultants; conducting research on systems, codes, and sustainable design practices; performing construction-phase activities including submittal review, site observations, and commissioning; and engaging in ongoing professional development.
