Mechanical Engineer

Conduct daily mechanical maintenance oversight, troubleshooting equipment issues, and leading root cause failure analysis across paint lines. Plan and coordinate maintenance activities, down days, and outages while managing the monthly budget and directing contractor work. Lead capital projects from concept through commissioning, overseeing scope development, budgeting, and installation to ensure performance and safety expectations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using IBA data to enhance equipment reliability and reduce downtime. Supervise mechanical maintenance personnel and reinforce safety culture through design improvements and procedural changes.
