Mechanical Engineer

Design custom electric heating products and assemblies tailored to customer application requirements using open-coil heaters and conductive technologies. Lead projects from concept generation through production launch, creating 3D CAD models, engineering drawings, and bills of materials while performing design calculations for heat transfer, airflow, and thermal performance. Collaborate directly with customers, sales, and manufacturing teams to translate needs into manufacturable solutions, optimizing designs for production, assembly, and continuous improvement. Execute engineering test plans, analyze prototype results, and conduct root cause analysis for product failures. Ensure compliance with UL, CSA, and CE standards while supporting qualification testing and design reviews.
