Job Summary
Receive, read and interpret project write-ups and apply engineering terms and methods, including schedule projections, manpower needs and material requirements; prepare machinery drawings and shop/supplier fabrication drawings using established practices; detail specifications for outsourced operations; collaborate with Project Management and Sales to define scope and process changes; perform calculations and analyses; coordinate with electrical engineer on switchgear/cabling; create conduit schedules and isometric views; review and ensure accuracy of drawings, shop writes‐ups, and production flow. Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3-D modeling (Pro-E or equivalent), ERP systems, MS Office, and knowledge of piping, airflow, and engine-related considerations are valued; a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Engineering Technology or Manufacturing Engineering is highly desirable.
