Job Summary
Ideate and conceptually design new products or product lines, lead redesigns for manufacturability and performance, perform engineering analysis, and oversee testing, qualification, and certification of new product designs. Drive design for manufacturing (DFM) across machining, sheet metal, plastics, casting, and tube fabrication processes; apply GD&T (ASME Y14.5) and 3D CAD modeling to develop functional and aesthetic product designs, determine parts and tooling needs, and manage ECOs for new releases and revisions. Requires a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering with a 3.3 GPA and US citizenship per ITAR; 5 years of experience preferred.
