MECHANICAL ENGINEER PLUMBING/HVAC

Conduct 3D HVAC and plumbing drawings, connecting systems, sizing, and tagging while ensuring schedules, key notes, and specs remain current. Manage BIM360 setup and coordination, perform load calculations, and source cut sheets for all equipment including setup and augment sheets. Insert HVAC, plumbing, gas loads, diagrams, DSB reports, and custom equipment cut sheets into job sheets. Coordinate with clients and internal teams on behalf of the project engineer, take site visits to confirm equipment sizing or plan conformance, and participate in occasional installations for designed equipment. Build positive relationships with customers and team while maintaining a positive attitude. Complete additional tasks as assigned by Engineering Managers.
