MECHANICAL ENGINEER PLUMBING/HVAC

Develop 3D HVAC and plumbing drawings, connect systems, and perform load calculations while ensuring schedules, key notes, and specs remain current. Manage BIM360 setup and coordination, interface with equipment suppliers, and source cut sheets for all project equipment. Insert calculated loads and diagrams into job sheets, coordinate with clients and the internal team, and take site visits to confirm equipment sizing or plan conformance. Occasionally participate in installations for designed equipment and complete additional tasks as assigned by Engineering Managers. Requires Revit MEP and BIM 360 skills; same-day travel to customer sites is necessary.
