Mechanical Engineer - Plant Support - Davis Besse

Support resolution of emergent, short-cycle, and near-term engineering work to protect the work week schedule. Serve as engineering point of contact for execution of the online work week schedule and resolution of Engineering Holds. Conduct complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis for valves, rotating equipment, HVAC systems, and thermal-hydraulic applications. Deliver engineering support for post-work testing, validation, and minor design modifications. Prepare and present technical reports with recommendations for issue resolution. Coordinate assigned projects, studies, and initiatives through completion while complying with safety policies. Apply systematic problem-solving processes to address operating challenges and lead interpretation of complex technical issues.
