Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in power electronics or a related industry
- Demonstrated proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g. SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) software (e.g. ANSYS, COMSOL Multiphysics, Abaqus)
- Familiarity with rapid prototyping (3D Printing) and high-volume production methods (injection molding, extrusion, casting, etc.)
- Hands-on experience and machining skills
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
