Job Summary
Plan and schedule capital projects at wind farms, managing a portfolio of approximately a dozen projects per year and overseeing the end-to-end project lifecycle. Order equipment and manage contractors while coordinating with site Operations & Maintenance teams. Perform limited R&D to select optimal equipment, ensuring quality, schedule adherence, and cost control across multi-year portfolios with budgeting and forecasting. Travel during construction windows to oversee installations. This role supports One Tech Engineering's wind farm development across the Minneapolis and Sioux Falls regions.
Required Qualifications
- US citizen or hold a green card
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or a related field)
- 3–7 years of relevant experience
- Previous project management experience
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in renewable energy, preferably wind
- Exposure to solar, hydro, or battery storage projects
- Strong communication skills
- PMP certification or PE license
