Mechanical Engineer

Mechanical Engineer responsible for QA/QC and regulatory checks, area inspections, and field observations; assist in technical training and implementation of procedures to ensure efficient, reliable, and safe operations; perform root cause failure analysis, change orders, and documentation updates; develop and lead Nutrien-based QA/QC initiatives across in-house and on-site facilities; determine and authorize deviations via MO C processes; provide expertise for troubleshooting mechanical systems and update procedures; participate in continuous improvement and safety programs; stay current with technological developments and collaborate across departments; mentor junior engineers and coordinate with head office and other engineering groups; asset integrity focus with relevance to potash mining operations.
