Job Summary
Mechanical Engineers are needed to research, plan, design, verify, and develop mechanical and electromechanical products and systems for complex facilities. Positions available include Lead Mechanical Engineer, Senior Mechanical Engineer, and Mechanical Engineer, with salary ranges based on experience. Candidates should have experience in building automation systems, and relevant degrees with requisite years of experience varying by position. All applicants must have an active TS/SCI clearance and pass the FE exam. Proficiency in 3D drafting tools is required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years experience working as a Mechanical Engineer in a commercial environment (for Lead Mechanical Engineer)
- Minimum of three (3) years experience working as a Mechanical Engineer in a commercial environment (for Senior Mechanical Engineer)
- Minimum of two (2) years experience working as a Mechanical Engineer in a commercial environment (for Mechanical Engineer)
- All levels must possess an active TS/SCI clearance
- Passed the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam
- Experience utilizing 3-dimensional drafting tools such as CAD, Solidworks, and Revit
Desired Qualifications
- Professional Engineering license (PE) (for Lead and Senior Mechanical Engineer)
- Experience working in multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Proficiency with electrical industry best practices, regulations and safety standards
- Experience with mechanical industry best practices, regulations and safety standards
- Experience working on USG contracts
- Demonstrated experience implementing Building Automation and Systems
