Job Summary
Drive Product Development from concept design to full-scale production for mechanical engineering of energy products (batteries, chargers, power supplies). Design with CAD to generate 3D models and 2D drawings; perform DFMEA and tolerance analyses; support prototype/pilot builds and verify against specifications; maintain BOMs and release prints; write qualification reports and user manuals; ensure energy product safety is incorporated into design and assembly processes.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 2 to 5 years in mechanical engineering and end-to-end product development.
- CAD Proficiency with 3D modeling/surfacing and 2D drawings.
- Analytical skills for DFMEA and mechanical tolerance analysis.
- Knowledge of safety standards for energy products like batteries, cells, chargers.
