Job Summary
Mechanical Engineer-Motor responsible for mech/electromechanical integration of high-integration actuator structures, including overall electromechanical system integration around BLDC motors (not motor design), PCBA outline definition input, housing and connector design, waterproof/dustproof sealing (IP ratings), DOE data analysis, CAE interpretation for structural optimization, supplier problem-solving and production line implementation, and collaboration with electronics and vendors to drive end-to-end product development. Proficient in CATIA; Windchill PLM experience preferred; English speaking ability required.
Required Qualifications
- 机械/机电相关专业本科及以上学历
- 3-8年机械设计经验,具备产品正向开发经验
- 具备PCBA结构集成及outline协同经验
- 具备BLDC电机集成经验(非电机设计)
- 熟悉塑料件设计及注塑工艺
- 具备较强问题分析能力(RCA/5Why)
- 具备实验设计(DOE)及数据分析能力
- 熟悉DFMEA及风险管理方法
- 能够理解CAE仿真报告并指导设计
- 熟练使用CATIA等设计工具
- 熟悉Windchill等PLM系统优先
- 具备良好的英语口语能力
