Job Summary
Prepare mechanical maintenance SOPs, procedures, and inspection checklists while reviewing design documents, as-built drawings, and supplier documentation. Support asset handover from the Constructor, including defect tracking and rectification follow-up prior to takeover. Plan, supervise, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities for HVAC, ventilation, pumps, and plumbing systems. Investigate mechanical failures, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. Coordinate with maintenance technicians, contractors, and specialist providers while maintaining accurate CMMS records. Ensure safe and continuous airport operations through collaboration with Operations, Safety, and other disciplines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 4-7 years of experience in mechanical maintenance of large-scale facilities, industrial plants, critical infrastructure, or airport environments
- Very good command of English and Greek language, both oral and written
- Ability to prepare and implement maintenance SOPs, procedures, inspection regimes, and checklists
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills, including defect diagnosis and root cause analysis support
- Strong team orientation and goal-driven mindset
- Safety, compliance, reliability, and service-continuity mindset
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, or Asset Management is considered an advantage
- Experience in CMMS, preventive maintenance planning, asset handover, or ORAT / commissioning support is an advantage
