Job Summary
Design mechanical building services systems across multiple sectors and deliver projects from concept through to construction and handover. Produce calculations, specifications, and technical reports while coordinating with electrical engineers, architects, and design teams. Attend client meetings to contribute to engineering decisions and support site inspections, commissioning, and final delivery. Drive energy-efficient and sustainable design solutions throughout the full project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering
- 2 to 5+ years' experience in a consultancy or similar environment
- Strong HVAC and building services design experience
- Experience with IES, Hevacomp, or similar
- Ability to manage workload across multiple projects
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
