Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (ABET-accredited or equivalent) and Professional Engineer (PE) license required
Desired Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience designing mechanical systems for building projects
- Proven experience with load calculations, equipment sizing, and HVAC/mechanical system design
- Strong knowledge of construction documentation, QA/QC processes, and applicable codes and standards
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams
- Proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD; working knowledge of standard design tools and Microsoft Office
