Job Summary
Develop new designs and documentation drawings in accordance with ASME Y14.5-2009 and GD&T standards using SolidWorks and SolidWorks PDM. Support manufacturing efforts of machinery and tooling while creating and maintaining bills of material in the ERP system. Provide technical support to field service technicians and customers as needed. Collaborate cross-functionally with senior engineers, production, and quality to bring solutions from concept to the shop floor. Gain hands-on exposure to precision grinding and machining technologies that power medical device manufacturing equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Automation Engineering, or a related field
- Hands-on design and engineering experience
- SolidWorks experience
- CSWP or CSWE certification
- Experience with ASME Y14.5-2009 (or later) and GD&T principles
Desired Qualifications
