Job Summary
Coordinate projects with engineering and architecture departments, prepare construction drawings and specifications for public and private bidding, and manage direct client communication. Provide technical leadership, oversee production and scheduling, and handle quality control and cost proposals to ensure high-quality, on-time, on-budget delivery. Supervise and mentor junior staff while managing HVAC design and project management tasks in a multi-discipline firm with over 70 years of experience. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
- 5+ years of HVAC design experience
- 3+ years of project management experience in a consulting firm or related environment
