Job Summary

Design chassis, structures, and weapon subsystems using CAD tools, manage technical data packages, and oversee prototype testing for military vehicles. Lead technical analysis, simulations, and root cause analysis to solve complex engineering problems while ensuring compliance with MIL-STD and ASME standards. Support mobility and live-fire tests, present technical results to customers, and prepare cost portions of proposals. Travel to customer sites, test ranges, and integration events as required. Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge to advise senior management on new developments.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field
  • 6 to 10+ years of engineering experience
  • U.S. citizenship
  • ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance
  • Strong analytical skills
  • ability to communicate complex software and system behaviors in clear technical terms
  • Travel to customer sites, partner facilities, test ranges, and integration events

Desired Qualifications

  • Active DoD security clearance or ability to obtain one
  • Successful experience delivering solutions within the ground combat vehicle or aerospace domains
  • Proven ability to develop and mature engineering tools and processes in a growing and challenging environment
  • Experience with ground combat vehicle systems, or integrated weapon subsystems
  • Background in digital thread/digital twin environments or model‐based software development
  • Experience supporting major defense acquisition programs or large‐scale system integrations
