Job Summary
Execute engineering tasks for new product development and cost reduction, including conceptual design, detailed drawings, and compliance analysis using Finite Element Analysis. Lead small product development projects by creating schedules, managing deadlines, and conducting feasibility studies while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Identify new product opportunities through market trend evaluation and propose innovative solutions based on customer needs. Provide product support by troubleshooting issues in manufacturing or customer sites, initiating corrective actions, and maintaining technical standards. Define prototype development and lab/field tests, perform design and safety reviews, and work with manufacturing on process development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent field
- 3+ years of experience in new product development with demonstrated repeated success producing innovative and successful products
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent engineering/technical aptitude
- Accelerators Global industrial manufacturing experience and knowledge
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States
