Mechanical Engineer

Job Summary
Translate product drawings and specifications from English to Chinese; set up MPP, routing, and detail working instruction sheets; perform 3D modeling using UG. Select cutting tools and design fixtures to drive cost reduction in tooling and machining. Coach operators on machining methods, MPP, and routing while solving shop manufacturing problems and disposing of NCRs. Identify manufacturing issues to improve product quality and oversee solution implementation in production. Participate in LEAN and EHS actions and comply with company policies. Requires BS in mechanical or electrical engineering with over five years of experience in large assembly projects, specifically power generation equipment. Fluency in English and Mandarin is preferred for communicating with foreign experts.
Required Qualifications
- BS of mechanical or electrical
- working experience for the large assembly projects as engineers more than 5 years
- working in power generation equipment business
- In depth knowledge of complicated system(, Steam turbine /generator...)
- assembly & machining technology
- Familiar with large vertical lathe and boring machine
- Familiar with quality tools FMEA, seven-way etc.
