Job Summary
Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and engineering documentation for tendering and project execution. Conduct site surveys, monitor progress, and coordinate procurement by sourcing suppliers and preparing requisitions. Design, commission, and support HVAC and mechanical systems while providing technical advice on installation and maintenance. Liaise with the Construction Office on drawing amendments and assist in training draughtspersons and technicians. Submit applications with a detailed C.V. by 04th September 2026.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant qualification at MQF Level 6 or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering
- Sound technical understanding of HVAC and mechanical building services
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Organised, detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet defined deadlines
- Self-motivated, proactive and able to work on own initiative
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with AutoCAD or other engineering design software
