Job Summary
Manage all technical and engineering aspects of assigned projects, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating with key stakeholders such as clients, contractors, and suppliers. Transform design information into installation drawings via BIM personnel, oversee material and equipment procurement using Engineering Materials Reports, and ensure works comply with project specifications and QA plans. Create and issue technical submittals, coordinate vendor support for value engineering, and prepare tender packages with the Project QS. Provide technical support during the construction phase, conduct site audits to verify procedures, and prepare completion criteria and close-out documents. Liaise with client project management teams to ensure designs meet legal requirements and present reports to directors.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years' experience working with a recognized Mechanical/ contractor in process mechanical / pipework
- Excellent organizational and project planning skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent negotiation, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Proficient in use of Navisworks and Database systems related to Engineering functions
- Experience with Project/Primavera planning software and CAD/BIM process
- Ability to manage workload and prioritise
