Job Summary
Manage manufacturing documents including BOM, routing, and cutting drawings, and act as the primary technical contact between FLS QD and other entities. Lead design drawing releases, production jig/fixtures preparation, and workshop layout optimization. Provide end-to-end technical support for specification definition, first article verification, and production troubleshooting while driving cost reduction and productivity improvements. Implement ECNs, manage NCR dispositions, and support supplier development and evaluation. Comply with HSE procedures. This role requires a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering with at least three years of manufacturing process experience in heavy fabrication, proficiency in AutoCAD and Solidworks, and strong English communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or related major
- At least 3 years' experience in manufacturing process engineering in heavy fabrication/machining/assembly industry
- Equal or above CET4 English proficiency
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Proficiency in Solidworks
- Proficiency in Excel
- Proficiency in PowerPoint
- Proficiency in Word
