Job Summary
Design industrial control valves and pneumatic actuators through modeling, detailing, and validation testing to meet product and market requirements. Lead Product Engineering and Order Engineering support for R&D and DtV projects, ensuring completion on time and on budget. Provide technical inquiry and quote support for the Com Ops Team while delivering engineering CIP and sustaining KPIs across Project Management, Manufacturing, Operations, and Service Engineering. Initiate root cause analysis and corrective action plans based on data interpretation and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- BE/BTech/ME/MTech in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering or Equivalent
- Minimum experience of 8 years in core valve design and development role
- Diploma in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering or Equivalent
- Minimum experience of 12 years in core valve design and development role
- Good Communication skills sets
- Knowledge and hands on experience in Industrial Valve design
- Knowledge in CAD/CAE Packages Solidworks, Ansys, or Autodesk Inventor
- Knowledge in ASME, API, ISO Standards
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, procedures, international codes and standards or governmental regulations
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from both internal and external customers
- Ability to define problems, collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables
- Ability to initiate Root Cause Analysis and corrective action plans
Desired Qualifications
- Hands on experience in BOM Preparation with Oracle / SAP or any other ERP
