Mechanical Engineer Floor Care

Mechanical Engineer for Versuni Floor Care products responsible for mechanical product design from initial concepts to mass production. Lead development of floor care devices (vacuum cleaners, floor washers, spot cleaners, window cleaners) in a multidisciplinary team, serving as the technical counterpart for the Integral Project Lead, Commercial Managers and Designers to create competitive appliances. Responsibilities include leading product design development and technical analysis, translating system requirements into detailed 2D/3D designs, manufacturing, service operations, and supply chain during the detail design stage; verifying and releasing components via the CTQ dashboard and collaborating with suppliers to finalize manufacturing processes; maintaining high-quality engineering documentation (Product Specifications, DFMEA, tolerances, SDP deliverables); supporting idea funnel and value engineering activities, and conducting data analysis for design changes. The role emphasizes collaboration with internal/external partners, OEM/ODM relationships, and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, cost-down solutions aligned with Versuni product development processes.
