Job Summary
Mechanical Engineer to translate customer specs into 3D models and 2D fabrication drawings, collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, and project management to ensure enclosure designs are functional, manufacturable, and high quality. Use SolidWorks and DraftSight to generate and revise drawings, build BOMs aligned with production and procurement, apply structural/mechanical/electrical principles to enclosure layout and component integration, maintain drawing standards and QC processes, and support ongoing product improvements and design optimization.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in SolidWorks, DraftSight, or similar CAD platforms with mission critical custom enclosures industry experience.
