Job Summary
Oversee technical project delivery by reviewing tender documentation, selecting plant and materials, and coordinating services for data centre construction. Prepare method statements and risk assessments, complete all HVAC deliverables, and communicate with the project team to sequence pipework installation. Assess commercial aspects to validate projects on handover, manage procurement of equipment and specialists, and assist with installation works through final commissioning. Manage programme delivery, document scope changes, and prepare monthly valuations. Based in Espoo, Finland, this role supports multiple turnkey projects across Europe.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role, within a mechanical and electrical contracting environment
- Design management experience
- Bachelors' degree in Engineering or similar
- Excellent organisation, communication, and time management skills
- Proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Project
