Job Summary
Mechanical Engineer for the Data Center and Mission Critical team (remote-friendly, US-based). Responsibilities include designing Data Center HVAC/Heat Rejection systems, selecting cooling solutions (CRAHs, CRAC, in-row cooling, DX) and energy-efficient layouts, performing CFD analysis to optimize airflow and identify hotspots, ensuring redundancy and fault tolerance, calculating heat loads and capacity planning for IT equipment growth, coordinating with electrical/mechanical systems, and applying industry standards (Uptime Institute, TIA 942, ANSI/BICSI 002). Preferred qualifications include advanced HVAC-related degrees or certifications (CEM, BEMP, LEED). Relocation and sponsorship are not available. This role emphasizes client-facing project work, design for data centers, and opportunities for career mobility within a global engineering team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and or education
