Job Summary
Experienced Mechanical Engineer responsible for mechanical system work on construction projects in Cyprus, focusing on chilled water HVAC systems. You will review mechanical system designs, specifications, and documentation; evaluate HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems for performance and compliance; conduct inspections and technical assessments; support testing, commissioning, and operational readiness; and coordinate with the project team, contractors, and other disciplines to ensure proper mechanical system performance and successful project completion.
Required Qualifications
- Certified and authorized tradesperson in government regulated trades for commercial heating and cooling systems, including chilled water HVAC systems
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction projects of similar scope, scale, and quality
- Mechanical Engineering degree or valid mechanical design license or equivalent professional certification
- Ability to work on site as project needs require
- Knowledge of mechanical systems, HVAC systems, codes, standards, and safety practice
- For Project Engineer, completed Part 1 of Standard Form 330 (SF 330) and detailed resume with general and project related qualifications and experience
- Proficient in written and verbal English
