Job Summary
Mechanical Engineer to support design and construction activities for mechanical/HVAC systems on Cyprus-based projects. Responsibilities include reviewing mechanical system designs, specifications, and technical documentation; evaluating HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems for performance and compliance; conducting inspections and technical assessments of mechanical installations; ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and project requirements; and supporting system testing, commissioning, and operational readiness. Requires 7+ years of construction-project experience, a Mechanical Engineering degree or valid mechanical design license or equivalent certification, and on-site availability. Proficiency in English is required.
Required Qualifications
- Mechanical Engineering degree or valid mechanical design license or equivalent professional certification
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction projects of similar scope
- Ability to work on site as project needs require
- Knowledge of mechanical systems, HVAC systems, codes, standards, and safety practice
- Proficient in written and verbal English
- Part 1 of SF 330 (for Project Engineer) and detailed resume with general and project related qualifications and experience
