Job Summary
Mechanical Engineer to lead project management and provide mechanical (HVAC) design for building projects. Responsibilities include managing projects and teams, producing construction documents for new buildings and renovations, developing project schedules, coordinating designs with other disciplines, and building positive client relationships. Ideal candidate holds a Mechanical Engineering degree, professional registration, and relevant MEP and project-management experience, with strong code knowledge, HVAC design experience across markets, sustainable-design awareness, proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit MEP, and excellent communication skills.

- MEP experience
- Project management experience
- Strong knowledge of mechanical building codes
- Experience with AutoCAD and Revit MEP
- Experience in HVAC design (retail, commercial, central plants, boilers, cooling towers)
- Ability to perform load calculations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
