Job Summary
Mechanical Engineer responsible for layout and design for HVAC systems in commercial construction projects, coordinating design layouts and drawings with clients and other disciplines, and assisting in producing detailed schematics that meet customer requirements and local building codes. Will perform some travel for client meetings and job site visits. Requires 2+ years of experience as a Commercial HVAC Designer, strong knowledge of HVAC system design and operation, proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Multi-family experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Commercial HVAC Designer
- Technical knowledge of HVAC system design and operation
- Proficient with Auto CAD
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Revit experience is required
- Multi-family experience preferred
