Job Summary
Design HVAC systems for commercial, residential, and retail projects; create plans, schematics, equipment selection, load calculations, systems narratives and specifications, system design and layout; perform design work with AutoCAD and/or BIM/REVIT modeling; prepare due diligence and feasibility reports; attend meetings with other project consultants; work in close contact with the entire design team; provide engineering support for engineering staff; comply with group and company standards and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited college or university.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or REVIT is desired (but not mandatory).
- Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) certificate is desired (but not mandatory).
