Mechanical Engineer

Mechanical Engineer to provide project management and mechanical (HVAC) design services for building projects. Responsibilities include managing projects and teams and providing technical design on assigned projects; assisting in producing construction documents for new buildings, renovations, and additions; developing and maintaining project schedules; coordinating project designs with other disciplines; and building and maintaining positive client relationships. Requirements include a degree in Architectural or Mechanical Engineering, professional registration, 5-10+ years of relevant MEP experience including project management, strong knowledge of mechanical building codes with ability to perform accurate load calculations, HVAC design experience in retail/commercial/central plants/boilers/cooling towers, knowledge of sustainable design practices, excellent written and verbal communication, and high proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit MEP modeling tools.
