Mechanical Engineer

Mechanical Engineer to provide project management and mechanical (HVAC) design services for building projects. Responsibilities include managing projects and teams, providing technical design, producing construction documents for new buildings and renovations, developing project schedules, coordinating designs with other disciplines, and building positive client relationships. Requirements include a degree in Architectural or Mechanical Engineering, professional registration, MEP experience with project management, knowledge of mechanical building codes and load calculations, HVAC design experience in retail/commercial/central plants/boilers/cooling towers, sustainable design practices, strong written and verbal communication, and high proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit MEP engineering modeling tools.
