Job Summary
Ensure HVAC and plumbing systems meet code and budget requirements while working with the construction administration team to develop project work. Manage equipment selection and prepare contractor RFPs, then represent the company in project meetings to build customer relationships. Assist in negotiations and strategy meetings. Requires 3-5 years of experience in commercial HVAC and plumbing design, a 4-year degree in Mechanical Engineering, and a PE license is highly desirable. 30% travel is required.
