Job Summary

Mechanical Engineer to design, develop, integrate, manufacture and install new systems for vehicle structures (hull, turret, body) and armor, modify existing automotive systems, and provide end-to-end engineering services from concept through production release. Responsibilities include creating 3-D models using Creo, performing reverse engineering with measurement/rapid prototyping, conducting First Article Inspections and QA, and supporting integration of subsystems (mechanical, HVAC, electronics) for autonomous vehicle platforms. Requires proficiency with CAD/Creo, Windchill, Creo Simulate, PTC modules, and experience in mechanical design for military vehicle applications, with travel (CONUS/OCONUS) and ability to obtain/maintain a Government Secret Clearance.

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Government Secret Clearance
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited college, university or equivalent
  • 5 years of related experience
  • Willingness to travel CONUS and OCONUS, 25% annually
