Mechanical Engineer

Provide engineering support across the mill, working closely with Production, Maintenance, and Leadership teams to improve mechanical systems, optimize equipment performance, and execute high-impact projects. Troubleshoot critical equipment issues and lead major capital installations to drive the next phase of success for Lancaster Mill. Partner with operations teams to enhance safety, reliability, and manufacturing performance while helping the mill achieve its business objectives and long-term growth plans.
