Mechanical Engineer

Review supplier engineering analysis and failure investigations on returned assemblies to identify root causes and support corrective actions. Develop, modify, and maintain repair scope of works, procedures, work instructions, and engineering specifications to ensure safe, repeatable, and cost-effective repairs. Design, develop, and implement custom repair tooling, fixtures, and test adapters to improve repair efficiency, consistency, and safety. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical failures of moderate complexity while validating technical competency of repair sourcing and component selection. Plan, execute, document, and review repair validation to generate engineering reports and qualification packages required for repair deployment.
